Somali President Approves Border Patrol

Somali President Aden Abdullah Osman has accepted all the messages sent to him by the President of Ghana, the King of Morocco, the U.N. Secretary General, and the OAU, the President of Sudan, and the President of Tanganyika.

President Aden also agreed to the dispatch of a team of observers from African states to the Somali-Ethiopian border to supervise the ceasefire agreement, pending negotiations for an amicable settlement of the dispute.
